THE RIGHT AGREEMENT. THE RIGHT SCOPE.
Commercial. Trial. Ongoing care.
Prices vary with workload, condition, scheduling, access, and materials. Preferred references apply only when N.I.C.E. approves the terms of a written trial or ongoing contract.
ONE-TIME & HIGH-WORKLOAD PROJECTS
A written quote for the actual job.
New commercial projects are priced after scope review. A repair visit, a full-property grounds service, and a multi-building turnover each require a different plan.
Condition, quantity and access assessed
Labor, materials and logistics identified
Phases and payment milestones agreed
Standard commercial pricingCustom written quote
BUILT FOR A BIGGER WORKLOAD
Bring us the high-profile project.
N.I.C.E. can plan and perform high-workload property services: multi-unit cleaning, grounds programs, coordinated repair lists, and phased improvements.
Units or buildings grouped into phases
Crew and equipment plans matched to scope
Progress documentation and phase review
Required qualified trades coordinated
What makes a rate effective?
A written, accepted scope and approved trial or contract when preferred pricing is requested. A website inquiry, calculator, or historical price does not establish those terms.
What can change the price?
Quantity, condition, access, urgency, service frequency, equipment, materials, disposal, required trades, and concealed damage. Additional work is reviewed and authorized separately.
How do larger jobs operate?
Inspect and classify the workload. Agree on phases and resources. Document progress. Review each approved phase and invoice according to the agreed terms.
Cleaning references exclude repairs, painting, abandoned belongings, bulk debris, and specialized remediation. Labor-only project references identify client-supplied materials where applicable. The final work order defines the current price, taxes or fees when applicable, schedule, inclusions, and payment terms.
WORK, DOCUMENTED.

THE MEANING BEHIND N.I.C.E.
Networking in Communities Everyday.
N.I.C.E. stands for “Networking in Communities Everyday.” That name reflects a community-minded approach to caring for the places people depend on. We believe property care can do more than maintain a space: it can help restore, improve, and preserve the places where people live, work, and gather.
Our work brings together landscaping, cleaning, handyman services, and practical property support. We listen first, understand the condition and the requested work, then agree on a clear plan. Homeowners, businesses, property managers, seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities are part of the communities we aim to serve.
From routine cleaning and grounds care to specialized maintenance and facility support, the details matter. We aim to pair professional-quality work with personal service, clear communication from start to finish, and scheduling shaped around the agreed scope and availability.

A CLEAR WAY FORWARD
From your to-do list to a plan we can work.
01
Tell us what you need
Choose a service and share the property details. Wau can help you find the right starting point.
02
Agree on the scope
We review condition, access, materials, price, and scheduling. You know what is included before work begins.
03
Work. Review. Follow up.
Authorized work is performed, results are reviewed, and any next steps are documented.
BEFORE WE GET STARTED
Good questions. Clear answers.
Use the guided request form to share the service, property type, city, and details. One-time commercial and project work receives a written quote. Historical preferred-program figures apply only where an approved trial or ongoing contract establishes the terms. N.I.C.E. confirms the scope, materials, access, and final price before the work is authorized.
LET’S MAKE YOUR NEXT STEP A N.I.C.E. ONE.
Your property deserves a little more care.
Bring us the project. We’ll help you work out the plan.
